Three ‘Domus’ armchairs in teak and upholstery designed by Alf Svensson, Sweden, 1960’s.

These armchairs were conceived in a pure Mid-century style. The simple lines that make up the design of the structure on which the cushions rest allow us to perceive the technical ability and the construction of the chair. The structure is built through an intricate system of cross bars, which provides stability with astonishing lightness, seeking beauty within functionality. This is further enhanced by the use of teak wood, a quality material that doesn’t require many decorative elements added due to its own beauty.

Condition: 

Very good, or excellent vintage condition. The wood structure has been completely refinished and the cushions have been re-upholstered.
